1. Processing of Academic Content

Uploaded article files, quotation, and bibliography information are processed solely for the purpose of running analysis algorithms and generating evaluation reports. This content, even if anonymized, is never used to train or develop any artificial intelligence model, under any circumstances.

2. System Records and Performance Data

Technical data such as IP addresses, browser information, session duration, and request logs are processed to balance system load, ensure service continuity, and perform error detection.

3. System Performance Statistics

Only aggregated usage statistics that do not allow identification (e.g. daily analysis count, average processing time) may be kept solely to measure the system's technical performance. The content of academic texts is never used at any stage of these statistics.

4. Retention and Deletion Policy

Analysis results and uploaded files are retained for the period determined in accordance with user preferences and legal obligations. Users can request deletion of their data through account settings or support channels.

5. Security and Access Controls

Personnel cannot access academic content during standard operations. In exceptional cases requiring technical support or a security review, access is logged and authorized. Applied security measures are regularly reviewed and kept in compliance with current cybersecurity standards.
