By using the Tedkik platform, you are deemed to have accepted these terms. This service provides automated analysis and evaluation infrastructure for academic publishers, editors, and researchers.

2. Account and Authorization

Users must verify their institutional or individual identities. Tedkik reserves the right to suspend accounts that appear suspicious or engage in manipulative data entry to protect academic integrity.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use the system for purposes other than pre-evaluation and analysis of academic articles. Reverse engineering, copying, or attempting to replicate the system's analysis engine is prohibited.

4. Service Scope (Digital Peer Review)

Tedkik provides methodology checks, literature compliance, consistency analysis, and draft peer review reports for uploaded manuscript drafts. These reports are 'decision support' rather than 'decision-making' in nature. The final publication decision belongs to human editors/reviewers.

5. Disclaimer (Automated Analysis)

Tedkik algorithms generate analyses based on patterns in the database. 100% accuracy of the feedback provided by the system is not guaranteed. Users are responsible for subjecting system-generated reports to human oversight.

6. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

Articles (Manuscripts) uploaded for analysis belong to the user and are not shared with third parties. The platform's analysis algorithms, report templates, and interface belong to Tedkik.

7. Service Termination

Service access may be terminated in cases of behavior contrary to academic ethics, threatening system security, or exceeding usage limits.
